Siem Reap – Cambodia is the main attract destination for tourists in Cambodia. Thanks to the location of the city closest to Angkor Wat Temple, this temple was the state temple of King Suryavarman II, who built the temple during the first half of the 12th century. Recently, the city is expanding its hotels, restaurants, and shops to serve domestic and foreign tourists.
That’s why the giant Ferris wheel set to roll in Siem Reap which is under Angkor Eye contractor will be one of the biggest Ferris wheels in the Asean region and play an important role in establishing new tourism products to attract tourists.
The giant Ferris wheel investment project is a joint venture of Japanese firm CQ Amenic Co and a local partner.
The equipment for this giant Ferris wheel project:
- Crawler Crane 180 tons
- Crawler Crane 260 tons
- Rafter Crane 220 tons

The ground-breaking for the Ferris wheel in Cambodia
On 30th of June, 2019, delegates attended at the ground-breaking for the Ferris wheel at Siem Reap – Cambodia are H.E Tea Seiha, Siem Reap Provincial Governor and Siem Reap people. This is the project with the largest cranes in Siem Reap, hence everyone is very curious and interested in cranes from Vietnam.

Up to date, U-MAC VIETNAM has participated in 2 large projects in Cambodia such as Sihanoukville Power Plant and Siem Reap Giant Ferris wheel contribute to developing Cambodia in the future.
