Long Son Petrochemical Complex Project with a total registered capital of US $ 5.4 billion has been commenced in Long Son Commune of Ba Ria – Vung Tau Province. This is the first petrochemical project in Vietnam that has production capacity up to 1,6 million ton/year, enabling it to substitute presently imported polyolefins products. Besides the petrochemical complex and deep sea port, the project also included supporting infrastructure and other facilities.
Long Son petrochemical complex project is considered a key project where advanced technology shall be applied and it will meet operation safety and environmental requirements to produce high quality petrochemical products, including essential plastic material such as polyethylene, polypropylene, etc.
This is a big scale project, involving numerous workers and contractors, therefore, compliance with labor safety is requested to be strictly followed to minimize losses and damages. Accordingly, lifting equipment supplied for the project must be inspected and ensure maximum operational safety.

+ Mobile crane

+ Crawler crane

After receiving inquiries from customer, our experts will consult suitable crawler crane for the jobs. Because of high demand, we have mobilized equipment from all our stockyards for this project. During transportation, crawler crane should be dismantled which later on needs the support of technicians and experts to assemble in order to ensure safety and efficiency.

+ Boom lift
At Long Son , U-MAC Vietnam also provides boom lifts for erection of steel structure at height.
Boom lift serves the jobs such as erection of structures, beam; roofing; louvers, pipeline systems, etc.
Boom lifting elevates workers to erect steel structure quickly and efficiently.
Two designs of boom lifts including telescopic and articulating will facilitate the jobs like erection of steel structures and other applications in construction and industry.
In the picture below, boom lift is getting workers to the hard-to-reach spots for the job with boom length up to 26m. The job is done easily and safely on the platform. With the platform capacity up to 230 kg, it allows max. 02 workers and tools to work at height.
