On June 26, 2019, U-MAC Vietnam delivered two sets of 3246ES scissor lifts and 800S boom lifts to the customer according to the contract. Immediately after the handover, the technical team of U-MAC Vietnam organized a training session to instruct customers on safe and efficient operation and maintenance of the equipment.
The U-MAC Vietnam customer specializes in manufacturing, transporting, and erecting non-standard steel structures, heavy lifting with a lifting platform system, and serving vehicles for shipyards, ship repairs, and other high-altitude work environments. Due to the regular and stable operations, it is necessary to ensure the quality of the equipment to serve the usage needs. Although the customer has thoroughly researched the equipment before choosing, the U-MAC Vietnam team still meticulously ensures that the customer’s needs are met to the fullest satisfaction.
The 3246ES scissor lift is a type of lift designed with a working height of 11.68 meters and a lifting capacity of 450kg. It is designed to lift workers to high areas and can move around the factory floor without damaging the surface or foundation. The design of the 3246ES lift is for use in clean environments, and it can be operated with an automatic control system directly on the operating surface. It runs on durable, high-capacity dry batteries, ensuring continuous operation. The technical team provided detailed instructions on how to use and maintain the lift properly.
The 800S boom lift is a type of lift designed to raise workers straight up to a working height of 26.38 meters. The design of the lift allows users to work in hard-to-reach areas, making it suitable for outdoor maintenance, repair, installation, or other tasks that require quick and flexible access.
However, the technical requirements and operation of the 800S boom lift are higher than those of the scissor lift. Our technicians have provided detailed instructions on how to operate and train drivers to ensure safety.
In addition, U-MAC Vietnam’s technical team closely monitors the customer’s use of the lift to provide quick assistance when needed.
