The Kaeser M235 mobile air compressor is designed to operate continuously on construction sites in harsh conditions. The Kaeser M235 include providing the necessary compressed air, even under harsh conditions, such as at an altitude of 3000m above sea level or in ambient temperatures up to 50°C.

Furthermore, the equipment utilizes a 210 kW Cummins engine, which is energy-efficient, delivering performance and fuel efficiency. The Kaeser M235 can save up to 15% on electricity compared to conventional screw compressor configurations.

The frame with a load-bearing axle and folding drawbar, combined with the parking brake, ensures safe positioning and space-saving of the compressor. Additionally, the equipment has lifting and forklift pockets.

Freeze protection is ensured through the after-cooler system for compressed air. The compressed air is cooled to more than 7°C below ambient temperature, and condensed water is removed via the optimized axial flow centrifugal separator. The condensed water is then vaporized using the engine’s hot exhaust, making it environmentally friendly.

The Kaeser M235 compressor comes with a spacious fuel tank and a fuel level gauge that allows for easy monitoring. The automatic shut-off feature is activated when the fuel level is too low. The compressor also has a pre-warning feature from the Sigma Control Smart controller.

The M235 mobile compressor is equipped with a standard safety air filter. The device’s monitoring system can automatically shut down the compressor if necessary or report the required maintenance.

The Kaeser M235 is available with an explosion-proof certification for oil refinery applications. In addition, the engine shut-off valve will automatically shut off the device when charging flammable gas to ensure maximum safety.
